The Personal Profile Analysis is a simple questionnaire that helps give additional insight into a candidate’s potential and skills.

The questionnaire can be filled in quickly online, and feedback can be given immediately afterwards. The PPA is a unique and professional method of identifying behaviour and skills. On the basis of four behavioural dimensions, DOMINANCE / INFLUENCE / STABILITY / CONFORMITY, strengths, skills and future potential are identified and discussed with the candidate. In this way, the PPA helps to connect the right candidate with the right vacancy.
